Cohort 18 Camelback Fellowship Application
Opens Aug 17 2026 12:00 AM (EST)
Deadline Sep 18 2026 11:59 PM (EST)
$50,000.00
Description

WELCOME TO THE CAMELBACK FELLOWSHIP COHORT 18 APPLICATION

The Camelback Fellowship supports early-stage ventures developing Education and Conscious Technology solutions. Many founders build at the intersection of both, and we welcome that overlap. At Camelback Ventures, prioritize founders who have a deep, personal connection to the issues they aim to solve and who are committed to serving under-resourced communities. Ventures aligned to the Fellowship are building solutions to address challenges in Education and Technology and are aligned to the following impact areas:

  • Education/EdTech
  • Health & Wellness
  • Economic Inclusion
  • Workforce Development
  • Systems Change Through Policy and Advocacy Work

The Camelback Fellowship offers support through:

  • Coaching - 1:1 relationship with a coach who creates a road map specifically focused to help you reach established goals

  • Capital - Camelback invests in each organization we support, and tailors funding levels for the different stages of acceptance for each track. Ventures are in a "startup" phase and receive $50,000 in our "friends and family" round. For-profits and hybrids receive as a SAFE note or some other alternative funding vehicle; nonprofits and schools receive as grants.

  • Connections - meetings with investors, potential partners and customers, and content experts

  • Community - tight-knit experience through the entire cohort and within tracks, as well as extended Camelback family (including past and present Fellows and Startup Coaches, as well as friends who can't wait to support new Fellows)

  • Curriculum - an intense program we've created to empower undervalued entrepreneurs.

The Fellowship is hosted as a hybrid experience including an in-person kick-off, as well as virtual content and community building in between. Key dates will be announced for travel and programming prior to confirming Fellow selection.

In the application, all questions are required unless otherwise stated. The following questions are short-form questions that are meant to cover the quick hits about yourself and your venture. We try our best to only collect this information once so we don't have to bother you for it again down the road.

As a reminder, the Camelback Fellowship can only select one Fellow per venture. The application must be completed by the founder or co-founder of the venture. This should be the individual who will, in turn, complete the Fellowship (even if you have multiple co-founders.)

The information provided in this application should be for an independent venture that is its own legal entity, and should not be a program or extension of a pre-established venture that does not meet our early-stage venture criteria.
